1 Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the entity operating the bk0k platform ("we", "us", or "bk0k") and any person ("you" or "user") who uses bk0k's website, mobile version, or related services.

By accessing this platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this platform.

2 User Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use bk0k's services:

3 Account Registration & Security

When creating an account on bk0k, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and cancellation of any pending transactions.

3.2 Identity Verification

For certain deposit or withdrawal amounts, bk0k may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Sharing or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Amounts

Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (same for all methods).
Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This timeframe may increase if identity verification is pending or a security review is required.

4.4 Deposit Terms

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bk0k ensures that transactions are secured by SSL encryption. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or from a third-party account is prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bk0k offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳5,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total Balance ৳2,000
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 → Total Balance ৳17,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

For example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus — you must complete ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• If multiple accounts claim bonuses from the same device, IP address, or payment method, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• Withdrawals from the main balance may be made before bonus wagering is met, but the bonus balance will not be withdrawable until wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• bk0k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Offers are subject to applicable terms and may be limited in time or specific to certain methods.

6 VIP Program

bk0k's VIP Program has four tiers. Tiers are advanced through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Cashback is credited directly to your account and can be used without any wagering requirements. bk0k reserves the right to modify or review VIP benefits at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Bonus abuse or attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent means
• Using bots, macros, or automated software on the platform
• Colluding with other players
• Providing false identity or documents
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, bk0k reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account and withhold all funds.
